Abermans uses the contact details, delivery information and order details you provide to arrange your order and respond to requests. Personalization may include names, dates, messages, photographs and an approved design proof.

### Limited use and access

We do not sell or rent your personal information or share your browsing and traffic information with outside advertisers. We do not use your personalization photographs or messages for advertising.

Relevant information is made available only as needed to operate this store, support an order, prepare or personalize the products, and arrange delivery. This may involve the service providers performing those tasks. Access is limited to the information needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law.

### Store traffic and essential technology

We use basic internal traffic statistics to understand visits and product interest. These statistics are not shared with outside advertising or analytics companies. Essential browser storage and session technologies help the store, cart and account functions work.

### Photos and personalization production files

Uploaded photographs and personalization production files stored for your order are scheduled for deletion from the store’s production storage seven days after delivery. Keep your own copy of any photograph or artwork you would like to preserve.

Order, billing and customer-service records are separate from those production files and are retained as needed to administer orders, resolve issues and meet recordkeeping obligations. The seven-day period does not mean every order or account record is deleted.
