### Product appearance and capacity

Photographs and on-screen previews help you choose an item. Screen settings, materials and finishes may cause reasonable differences in appearance. Check the product’s stated dimensions and capacity and contact Abermans if you need help selecting the appropriate item.

### Your personalization approval

Review the spelling, dates, wording, placement and uploaded photographs in your personalization proof before approving it. Submit only content you own or have permission to use for the requested personalization.

We prepare personalization using the approved details. An error copied accurately from those details is different from a mistake made during production. If you need a change, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once work has begun.

### Our responsibility for errors and damage

If we make a production or engraving mistake, or your item arrives damaged, we will arrange a correction or replacement and cover the necessary shipping as described in the Return policy. This disclaimer does not remove that responsibility or limit rights available under applicable law.
